Where the hotel can accommodate it. It is the difference between a travel day that starts well and one that starts in a lobby.
Benefits vary by property and are confirmed before anything is booked. Not every hotel participates, and when one does not, I will tell you rather than talk you into somewhere that does.

Every trip on this site is planned the same way, whether you travel once a year or once a month. Membership is a separate and entirely optional arrangement for clients who want an ongoing concierge relationship between trips, with priority handling and support that continues after you land.
If you are curious
Harrison will walk you through what membership includes and whether it suits the way you travel. Most clients never need one, and that is perfectly normal.
